East Sierra Valley Chamber of Commerce (ESVCC) of Sierra County, California recognizes that personal privacy is important. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the products, services and websites offered by ESVCC. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please feel free to contact us.
Information we collect and how we use it...

We offer a number of services that require you to register for an account, or sign up for membership, requiring personal information. In some case only mailing information is requested.
Information you provide – When you sign up for a service or promotion that requires registration, we ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address, in some cases to create an account password, etc). For certain services, such as our advertising, membership, or website listing programs, we also request payment through PayPal which maintains encrypted forms and the best of secure servers. Requests for information using our online forms is secured through Captcha. The transfer or assignment of the subscriber and/or member's username/password, in any form, to any third-party, including without limitation employees or subcontractors who do not have CalChamber's express permission is strictly prohibited.

We do not sell your information. But, ESVCC may provide mailing information to our local merchants, or members, who wish to send out their promotions, solicit your business, and provide you with news or events. We are an organization whose intent is to improve local commerce. Never will ESVCC provide your information to "spamers" or "non-invested junk mailers".

Log information – When you create, or access, your business listing online, our servers may automatically record information that your browser sends. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request.

User communications – When you send email or other communications to ESVCC, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve your services.

Other sites – This Privacy Policy applies to ESVCC services only. We do not exercise control over the sites displayed as search results, sites that may be listed, those using our products or services, or persons and customers which view your listings online. These other sites or online viewers may collect data, your published information, or solicit personal information from you. The reality of advertising.
